The Coffee Regulatory Authority "ARFIC" and the Interprofessional Association of the "INTERCAFE-BURUNDI" Coffee Sector in collaboration with Alliance for Coffee Excellence "ACE" organized a coffee competition of BURUNDI on 11 As of July 15, 2016. Producers brought in 86 lots of samples, national total presented in the competition. These samples were taken to the SIVCA hangar. This competition was held in the laboratory of Argo de Ngozi.
Among all these lots, there were 10 lots from COCOCA member cooperatives. 39 lots had more than 85 points and among the 10 lots of COCOCA, 6 lots had with a score more than 85 as published the National and International Jury.
